FQM Ravensthorpe Power Station – Western Australia
WAY Electrical was awarded the contract for the installation of the No. 2 power station at the FQM Ravensthorpe Nickel process plant.
The works consisted of 5 x 11kv gas fired generator sets connected to a new HV substation and then interconnecting into the existing plant 11kv power system.
Apart from the installation and termination of all required HV cables, WAY was also responsible for the supply, installation and testing of all associated LV and control cabling and associated equipment.
